International Programmes
The international cooperation programs are an effective tool for enhancing the internationalization process of the University. The main international cooperation programs managed by the International Relations Unit are:
- Europe Aid

EuropeAid - Development, Cooperation, and Fundamental Rights - is the Directorate-General (DG) of the European Commission responsible for developing EU development policies and providing aid through programs and projects worldwide, serving as the single point of contact for stakeholders within the EU and around the world. EuropeAid provides aid through geographic and thematic programs, as well as through accompanying measures for countries in Africa, the Caribbean, and the Pacific. The geographic programs, which cover cooperation activities with partner countries and regions identified on a geographic basis, focus on five regions: Latin America, Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East, and Southern Africa. The community assistance for these countries includes actions in the following areas of cooperation aimed at:
- Supporting the implementation of policies aimed at eradicating poverty and achieving the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs);
- Addressing the essential needs of the population, with priority given to primary education and health;
- Promoting social cohesion and employment;
- Promoting good governance, democracy, and human rights, and supporting institutional reforms;
- Assisting partner countries and regions in the fields of trade and regional integration.
- Creative Europe

Creative Europe is the main program of the European Commission supporting the culture and audiovisual sectors. The Creative Europe program is divided into 3 sections:
- Culture Section
- Media Section
- Cross-sectoral Section
- Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values programme overview

MAECI Programmes

“Researcher Mobility Projects” are research projects eligible for joint financing through the Executive Science and Technology Protocols of the Unit for Science and Technology Cooperation of the Directorate General for Country Promotion and its respective foreign counterpart.
The Mobility Projects are selected on the basis of a Call for proposals for research within a prescribed area or areas, which is published simultaneously in both Italy and the foreign country with whom the Executive Protocol is being negotiated.
