Students

  • choose the course(s) in the Eunice catalogue

  • apply by following the procedure available via the ‘APPLY NOW’ button

Within 10 days of the start of the chosen course, the student sends to the International Didactic Units (UDI):

  • the study plan
  • the Learning Agreement (download):

The International Didactic Unit

  • receive the applications and forward them according to departmental practice for approval
  • forward approved LAs, with their attachments, to the International Relations Unit (UORI)

ECTS Recognition

The International Didactic Unit of the sending department will receive from the Organizing Partner a Transcript of Records including

  • the exact duration (start and end dates) of the virtual mobility,
  • the study activities carried out by the student,
  • the grades obtained and the relative credits.

For the purposes of recognising the grades relative to the subjects envisaged in the Learning Agreement and reported in the Transcript of Records, reference will be made to the ECTS conversion table of the host institution attached to the Transcript of Records.

How to fill in the Learning Agreement

For a proper compilation of the ‘Learning Agreement’ , it is advisable to select a course consistent with the educational objectives of your course of study, consulting, if necessary, the Erasmus and Internationalization Coordinators of your Department.

For additional information  on procedures, please contact the EUNICE team (eunice@unict.it), indicating  "EUNICE shared courses"in the subject line.
