Lamb meat quality determination (Erasmus Traineeship)

This traineeship aims at acquiring skills in the meat quality analysis: from the routine analysis to the fatty acid composition, oxidative stability and vitamin content. In addition, the trainee will also visit some Sicilian farms to learn the main features of the lamb production system in dairy sheep farms.
