Chemistry of Schiff-base ligands (PL POZNAN01 - Position 1 of 2)
The projects involve the synthesis and physicochemical characterization of a series of new two-compartmental Schiff-base ligands. Further aim of the project is determination of their coordinative potential with respect to d- and f- block metal ions, particularly focusing on the choice of appropriate substituents so as to favour the formation of predefined supramolecular architectures.
