The course is aimed at training high-level professionals, specialized in the planning and management of agricultural production processes with a specific focus on the improvement of agronomic management, environmental sustainability and socioeconomic factors. Graduates acquire, with a high level of basic cultural preparation, excellent mastery of the scientific method of investigation, and in-depth knowledge of the agricultural environment and agroecosystems with their main variables, in order to manage the continuous adaptation of the agricultural production system, plant cultivations and technological innovations.

At the end of the studies, graduates will be able to:
Program, plan and optimize innovative production processes, develop projects, design installations, promote technical resources and structures necessary for agrifood sector; develop activities for the protection of agricultural and forest agroecosystems; work in farms or companies operating in the production, storage, transformation and marketing of agricultural products; work in public institutions, national and international organizations.
