Abstract
This project focuses on developing earth-based plasters that are both ecological and recyclable.
Earth-based plasters are already known for their environmental benefits, but this project wants to improve their performance and durability by using waste materials from other sectors, such as agriculture or the stone industry.
The goal is twofold:
- Create the perfect plaster mix: a mix that is resistant, durable, sustainable and healthy for those who live in the environments where it is used.
- Improve the production process: make it more efficient, reduce waste, reuse waste materials and reduce the environmental impact.
An important aspect is that these plasters must be completely recyclable, without the need for special treatments.
The economic and environmental impact of the entire process, from production to eventual marketing, will also be assessed.
