Filling the gaps: the study of judicial creativity and equity in mixed jurisdictions and beyond
The University of Catania is pleased to host the conference "Filling the gaps: the study of judicial creativity and equity in mixed jurisdictions and beyond", that will be held in Catania from 27th to 28th May 2013.
The conference is promoted by the Johns Hopkins University SAIS (Washington), the Eason Weinmann Center for International and Comparative law at Tulane Law School (New Orleans), the World Society of Mixed Jurisdictions Jurists, and the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the University of Catania.
