Abstract

The overall aim of the project will be improvement quality of Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) services provided to preschool children and professionals allows them to gain innovation knowledge and experience for learning of key competence and social skills related to STEAM child-centered approach.

The project supports the professional development of pre-schools teachers/educators, the acquirement and development of key competences, skills and attitude, in order to foster the quality of their work, with a consequentially development of their employability.

Project aims also to promote the lifelong learning and foreign languages learning, also through learning mobility experiences, and socio-educational and personal development regarding the social context, the inclusion and integration issues of participants, and promotes the intercultural dialogue, strengthening knowledge and acceptance of diversity in society.
