Inter-institutional Erasmus Agreements
The Erasmus Inter-Institutional Agreement is an official contract binding two institutes/universities involved in cooperating within the LLP/Erasmus framework (i.e. providing funds and support for student, teaching and staff mobility).
Procedures
Those institutes/universities that may be interested in entering into a new LLP/Erasmus Inter-Institutional agreement with the University of Catania shall contact the International Relation Office at the e-mail erasmus.accordi@unict.it, specifying:

institution name, ID code and Erasmus Charter number;

duration of contract in academic years;

names and contact details of both the institutional/departmental coordinators and central administration;

details of incoming/outgoing student mobility: subject area and code, level (first cycle degree, second cycle degree, research doctorate), numbers of students and total months;

details of incoming/outgoing teaching mobility: subject area and code, duration of week;

details of incoming/outgoing staff mobility;
-
information about academic calendar, educational programmes, foreign language knowledge requirements, services offered to incoming students and professors.
Deadlines of new bilateral exchange agreements are as follows:

within the month of September the International Relations Office will provide professors with the received proposal for starting and/or renewing the Erasmus bilateral agreements in the subsequent academic year;

by 31st October, the agreements duly completed and signed by both Institutions, shall be sent to the foreign partners so as to proceed with the mobility call.
